We offer free standard shipping on all orders $50+. 

$5.99 flat rate shipping on orders under $50. 

All orders are customized and shipped from our small business located in New Jersey within 1-3 business days from when you place your order. 

We ship to all 50 states in the US using USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery. 

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. You can track your package using the tracking number on the USPS website.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or any other carrier. We also cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

PICKUP

Orders can be picked up locally from Tenafly, NJ.   

When your order is ready we will notify you to to coordinate pickup.

RETURNS

Customized products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes products that have been personalized or made to order.

However, if there is a defect or problem with the product upon delivery, we will work with the customer to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or repair at our discretion.

Please double check your order before placing it, as we are unable to make changes to the order once it has been placed.
